REFORMER -POWER SCULPT
45 minutes of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises for challenging full body workout. We focus on the six key Pilates principles: Flow, Precision, control, centering, concentration, and breathing for a powerful mind-body connection.
REFORMER -FULL BODY BURN
A foundation class created to introduce you to the Pilates reformer and its basic movements. Our small class size allows our experienced teacher to offer personalized guidance and corrections. This ensures you maximize your workout and experience the full benefits of Pilates whilst giving you the full body burn.
REFORMER -MUM’S & BUBS
These classes are a beautiful way to bond with your baby while building back your strength. The exercise’s performed in this class focus on strengthening weak pelvic floor muscle and tightening the abdominal muscles so you can feel strong, capable while also being supported in a peaceful and nurturing way.
